Two-Vehicle Rollover Crash Blocks Westbound SR-91 in Riverside

Man Falls Down Following Crash on State Route 91, Riverside County

RIVERSIDE, CA (July 8, 2026) — A two vehicle rollover crash occurred Wednesday afternoon on Westbound State Route 91 near Central Avenue in Riverside California.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a black 2-door sedan was one of the vehicles involved in the accident. Due to the magnitude of the crash it caused the sedan to flip over on its side. A male passenger from that vehicle was reported to have fallen on the ground.

The collision blocked the slow lane and eventually took up two right lanes, causing major traffic backups on the highway.

Paramedics subsequently transported those hurt to a nearby hospital for medical evaluation and care. In addition, multiple tow trucks were called to clear the scene.

Investigators at this time are still determining who is at fault for the rollover crash on State Route 91 in Riverside California.
